I'm so glad you're here!  My name is Carrie and I'm the founder of Holistic Movement.  My teaching style combines my education and work experience in: bodywork, yoga, meditation, postural training and corrective exercise for core and pelvic function. I work with all bodies and specialize in pelvic wellness for females during/after pregnancy and peri/post menopause.

As a small business owner, I'm continually growing and evolving - not only in my work, but in the skills it takes to build and sustaing a business.  From developing community and workplace events, to curating retreats and expanding into creative practices like painting, journaling, and mindful photography, I'm exploring new ways to bring people together movement, creativity, and meaningful connection.
