For Pregnancy &
Birth Preparation
1:1 personal sessions during pregnancy focus on alleviating physical discomfort, calming the mind, soothing the nervous system and building inner strength. We'll work together to build a foundation for your birth preparation and postpartum recovery. Sessions can incorporate info about childbirth, effective pain management techniques for labor, breathing exercises, and gentle movements to connect with your baby. Early preparation for postpartum will also be incorporated to ensure you feel supported throughout this journey.
Postpartum Support
I understand the many changes that occur during pregnancy and the importance of postpartum recovery. A holistic movement practice nurtures your transition into motherhood while providing body education to empower your physical, emotional, and mental well-being, fostering a deeper connection within.
1:1 sessions focus on gentle movement practices designed to heal and safely support your core, pelvic floor, and posture. Join me to alleviate common physical discomforts, enhance strength for daily activities, and prepare for a smooth transition back to your fitness routine.
