I’m so glad you’re here!

My name is Carrie and I am a movement specialist in Southern New Jersey.  My unique approach to fitness incorporates a therapeutic and holistic mindset to movement and overall wellbeing. I blend my modalities as a bodyworker, yoga instructor, and corrective exercise specialist to help clients develop a deeper connection within, greater body awareness, and overall strength and stability for everyday life!

While I work with all bodies, I specialize in female wellness for core and pelvic function. My passion for empowering females to prioritize their health and wellness shines through in my classes, workshops, and personalized sessions. My expertise in pelvic floor and core function, helps guide my clients towards improved strength, flexibility, and postural alignment, fostering a sense of balance and rejuvenation.

With my personalized approach for each client, I tailor each session to one’s physical abilities and take into account lifestyle and specific goals. My deep understanding of the interwoven connection of body & mind, I approach fitness as a way to enhance overall health and wellbeing.
