Restorative Somatics & Pelvic Wellness for Women

This gentle, embodied class invites women to slow down, tune inward, and reconnect with their bodies through the supportive blend of restorative yoga, somatic movement, and pelvic wellness practices. Designed to help you release tension, rebuild awareness, and cultivate embodiment.  This experience nurtures both your nervous system and your pelvic floor in a safe, compassionate environment.

Through supported poses, breathwork, and subtle, mindful movement, you’ll explore how your posture, breathing patterns, and habitual holding shapes your body from the inside out. Somatic techniques will help you sense and soften areas of chronic tension, while pelvic wellness exercises bring gentle attention to core and pelvic floor function, encouraging balance, mobility, and stability rather than strain.

This class is ideal for women at any stage of life—including prenatal, postpartum, perimenopause, or anyone seeking deeper mind–body connection, pain relief, or stress reduction. Expect to leave feeling grounded, spacious, and more at home in your body. No prior experience required—just a willingness to slow down and listen.

No experience necessary.  Class is designed for those with female anatomy.

BYO mat is recommended.

Unwind deeply with this therapeutic movement class designed to release tension, improve mobility, and reset your nervous system. Combining movement with myofascial release techniques—using massage balls, foam rollers, and guided breath-work—this class targets the connective tissue (fascia) that can become tight from stress, injury, or repetitive movement.

This practice is perfect for all levels and especially beneficial for those seeking relief from chronic tension, stress, or physical fatigue. Come prepared to move mindfully, breathe deeply, and leave feeling lighter and more at ease in your body.

Join us for a nurturing and educational workshop designed to support female pelvic health through the lens of yoga, breathwork, posture, and somatic self-care.

 

Whether you're navigating postpartum recovery, perimenopause, or simply looking to deepen your connection to your core, this workshop offers practical tools to build awareness, stability, and resilience from the inside out.

We’ll explore:

  • Pelvic floor anatomy and function in relation to whole-body movement

  • Breath and core integration for nervous system regulation and internal support

  • Postural alignment and pressure management to reduce strain and improve daily movement patterns

  • Somatic techniques to tune into your body’s subtle cues and restore balance

  • Mindful movement and yoga practices that support sustainable strength and release

 

This workshop is open to women of all life stages and levels of experience. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your pelvic health, practical strategies for everyday movement, and a renewed sense of connection to your body. Cost: $55
