for Pelvic Wellness

I'll guide you through a 75min therapeutic movement practice to deepen your body awareness for pelvic floor function and the deep core muscles.  We'll focus on healing breathing mechanics, myofascial release, mobility, and inner strength. ​

The practice is designed for those with female anatomy. No experience necessary. Limited to 10 participants. Early registration is recommended.

(If you are currently pregnant, less than 6 weeks postpartum, or recently had abdominal surgery, please inform Carrie prior to the start of class.)

Please note: this offering is separate from the weekly class schedule.  Weekly class packages do not apply.

Experience a transformative & therapeutic practice with our 4-week series - Pelvic Floor Connection.

Gain invaluable insight into how your pelvic floor and core work together, and master breath-based movements to enhance your inner strength. Alleviate common symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction like leakage, prolapse, pelvic pressure, and hip/back pain with targeted practices. 

No experience necessary.  BYO mat is recommended.

Carrie's 'Roll & Release' Workshop combines the use of myofascial balls/rollers with breath-based movement, making it the perfect complement to your strength training routine.
