Experience the transformative power of holistic movement with Carrie in our 4-week series - Pelvic Wellness: Make The Connection. Gain invaluable insight into how your pelvic floor, deep core and posture work together, and develop breath-based movements to enhance your inner strength and vitality.

Alleviate common symptoms such as:​

  • Incontinence

  • Prolapse

  • Pelvic Pressure

  • Sexual Discomfort

  • Abdominal Bloating/Pressure

  • Back/Hip Pain

No experience necessary.  Class is designed for those with female anatomy.

BYO mat is recommended.

Explore a new way to release physical tension in the body while improving posture, joint mobility and core function. Carrie's 'Roll & Release' Workshop combines the use of myofascial balls/rollers with breath-based movement, making it the perfect complement to your strength training routine.
