Yoga for Pelvic Wellness
4 Class Series
Sundays 10am
October 6th - 27th
During this 4 week yoga series, we'll explore therapeutic movement to ignite a deeper connection within.

Each week we'll build upon our understanding of pelvic floor & core function and develop a practice that can help:​

Lessen pelvic/hip/back pain

Decrease symptoms of incontinence & prolapse

Increase stability & strength

Improve diastasis recti (abdominal separation)

Support overall postural alignment

Awaken feminine connection, energy & intimacy

Open to those with female anatomy. No experience necessary. Limited to 10 participants. Sessions will be recorded (only of myself) to view and practice for one week after each class.
$95 for 4 week series

(If you are currently pregnant, less than 6 weeks postpartum, or recently had abdominal surgery, please inform Carrie prior to the start of class.)

My signature therapeutic movement classes combine all the good stuff: yoga, postural training, fascia flossing, and breath-work.
Open to all adult bodies. Beginner friendly.
