Mind-body & breath-based movement that focuses on deep core & pelvic floor function. This 60min holistic movement practice blends together yoga, postural training, and myofascial release techniques to ignite a deeper connection to pelvic floor and core function.
Classes are beginner-friendly. Please inform Carrie of any health conditions and modifications. In-person (limited to 10) at Remedy in Haddonfield, NJ or join virtually in the zoom room.

I'll guide you through a 75min therapeutic movement practice to deepen your body awareness for pelvic floor function and the deep core muscles. We'll focus on healing breathing mechanics, myofascial release, mobility, and inner strength. ​

The practice is designed for those with female anatomy. No experience necessary. Limited to 10 participants. Early registration is recommended.​

Hypopressives for Core & Pelvic Floor Series

This series combines pelvic floor yoga with the postural training system of Low Pressure Fitness and Hypopressives.
Hypopressives is an abdominal exercise technique that reduces intra-abdominal and pelvic pressure and restores core & pelvic floor function. This technique activates the deep core (pelvic floor and transverse abdominal muscles) to effectively reduce common core/pelvic floor dysfunctions such as -

This class series is designed for those with female anatomy, all adult ages.
Pelvic Floor Yoga & Low Pressure Fitness is beneficial for all although the hypopressive component is contraindicated for those that are -
currently pregnant, less than 8 weeks postpartum (vaginal), and 12 weeks post abdominal surgery.
The small group series is limited to 8 participants. Early registration is recommended.
