Welcome!  

My name is Carrie and I am the founder of Holistic Movement. I offer a mind-body based approach to movement and overall wellness through the integration of yoga, myofascial bodywork, postural training, and corrective exercise for core & pelvic floor function. 

I specialize in postural training for all, along with a focus on female pelvic wellness for those during pregnancy, postpartum, and into menopause.

Through personalized sessions and targeted practices, I help clients develop a deeper connection within themselves so that they can move through life with greater ease and vitality.

Personalized corrective exercise training and myofascial techniques to support core and pelvic floor function for female wellness - feeling good from the inside out.

Personalized Instruction

I offer 1:1 and small group personalized training sessions designed to support individuals of all body types in achieving their unique fitness & lifestyle goals. I blend my modalities of yoga, myofascial release, and postural training in each customized session.

I also offer a comprehensive approach to female wellness through the integration of yoga, myofascial bodywork, and corrective exercise - with a focus on pelvic floor health & core function. With the personalized training, we'll address imbalances such as: diastasis recti (abdominal separation), back pain, pelvic pain/pressure, incontinence, and prolapse.

 

I believe in making space to move  with compassion and curiosity.  My goal is to convey this same approach to my clients and help  cultivate a deeper sense of body awareness, balance, and stability.  Holistic Movement is a practice that builds true strength - from the inside out.
