Cancellation Policy

This Liability Waiver and Release Agreement is entered into by + between the undersigned participant + the retreat organizer(s), instructors, and affiliates. Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in a yoga retreat may involve physical activity including but not limited to yoga, strength training, hiking, walking, meditation, + other wellness practices. I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, including injury, illness, or other unforeseen conditions. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that I may incur as a result of participating in the retreat. Health Acknowledgment- I affirm that I am in good physical and mental health and capable of participating in retreat activities. I agree to inform the retreat organizers of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any physical activity. Release of Liability- In consideration of being permitted to participate in the retreat, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me during or in connection with participation in the retreat. Personal Responsibility- I agree to listen to my body, modify activities as needed, and communicate w/ instructors if I experience discomfort or pain. I understand that I may choose to decline participation in any activity. Emergency Medical Treatment- I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the retreat. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Travel and Accommodation I acknowledge that travel to and from the retreat, as well as lodging, may involve additional risks. I assume full responsibility for my personal belongings and any incidents that occur outside of scheduled retreat activities. Photo & Media Release- I grant permission to the retreat organizers to use photographs or videos taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. Cancellation & Refund Policy- I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the retreat’s cancellation + refund policy. Governing Law- This Agreement shall be governed by + interpreted in accordance w/ the laws of the state in which the retreat is held.
