Hypopressives for Core & Pelvic Health

Service Description
In this series, Carrie combines pelvic floor yoga with the postural training system of Low Pressure Fitness and Hypopressives. Hypopressives is an abdominal exercise technique that reduces intra-abdominal and pelvic pressure and restores core & pelvic floor function. This technique activates the deep core (pelvic floor and transverse abdominal muscles) to effectively reduce common core/pelvic floor dysfunctions such as - Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) Incontinence Pelvic Pressure & Prolapse This class series is designed for those with female anatomy, all adult ages. Pelvic Floor Yoga & Low Pressure Fitness is beneficial for all although the hypopressive component is contraindicated for those that are - currently pregnant, less than 8 weeks postpartum (vaginal), and 12 weeks post abdominal surgery. The small group series is limited to 8 participants. Early registration is recommended. $90 for 3 week series

Cancellation Policy
To cancel/reschedule a class or appointment: 24 hours notice is required. A $50 late cancellation fee (less than 24 hour notice) will be applied for 1:1 training and person small group sessions. No refunds for canceled class reservations by the client.
